A friend and I dine at Shannon's 4 times a year. We like to sit at the bar. I arrived 15 minutes early and saved a seat. Another... couple arrived and asked if the seat was taken. Bartender did not ask, but told me to remove my jacket from the seat next to me,and said "we don't save seats here". I've never had that issue before, and would never save a seat for more than 15 minutes. Soinstead of getting 4 tips, he got 2. He certainly lacks good people skills. I moved to the restaurant side and we had the usualgreat food as well as a great and very pleasant server. Unfortunately though, we won't be returning to Shannon's. Read more

My mom and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the sweet hostess opening the door for my mom who uses a... walker (and taking care of the walker and not making a big deal of it????) to the excellent service and the delicious food. Wewere not rushed, it was nice and quiet which is so great for my mom who has hearing issues. Everything was clean and thebathroom was impeccable. We will be back! Great job???? Read more

I wanted a crab today. I entered the restaurant and nobody acknowledged my presence. I was getting ready to leave and I saw a... friendly face. I asked if I was in the right place for take out. She said yes, I'll be right with you. She took my order andoffered me a glass of wine. I did not get her name but she deserves 11 stars. I know people get busy, I am a health careprovider. Food was great! Came during prime time Friday night. Had a way to few minutes to get a table, but it was not long. Decided on... the pepper jack chicken sandwich. It was very good and very filling. Couldn't finish it due to the size. The restaurant was veryclean, and our server was very friendly and attentive. Love that they had a kids menu, and were able to switch a few things fordietary needs. Overall, I would really recommend this restaurant if you were in the area and looking for a sit-down restaurant. Good food and wonderful service. They deserve the 5 star rating I gave them. If there is a wait time to be seated, it is only 2-... 3 minutes. When they are busy you likely will have to park at end of lot and walk past 2 or 3 small stores. Read more
