Chef cooks with the seasons and lovingly prepares each course to highlight his star ingredients. Charlieand the service team will personally guide you through each course. The garden room with the back corner glass house isbeautiful, the front room is charming with dim candlelight and windows onto Main St.. Worth every penny, worth the time youspend. THE BEST food and wine experience we have ever had and the service was unmatched and phenomenal. The ambiance is gorgeous- white... linen candle light dinner - perfect for an anniversary. The chef works with your food allergies (all of them) and you get anincredible plate of food that can feel so specialized to you for all six courses. The food serving size was perfect- we werenearly full by the third course! The wine pairing option was delightfully perfect, our server was so kind and knowledgeable! This was our first time here and it was absolutely amazing. Our server Charles, who has been there 30 years was top notch,... personable and funny. We spent the first part of our honeymoon in France, so we came here for our 3 yr anniversary and it didnot disappoint! The 6 course meal was to die for. Everything was made to perfection and delicious. The wine and champagne werevery good as well. They offer wine pairing with each meal but we opted for champagne and red wine. The Lemon Olive Oil cake wasa perfect end to a perfect meal. It is definitely worth the money if you love amazing food, amazing atmosphere and want to relaxfor a few hours. Came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had an amazing dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and we were... thoroughly stuffed by the end of it. I also really liked the chef’s tasting menu. The dishes complimented each other but stoodout at the same time. Service was also very good. It's been a few years since we were last here (back when we lived up in Columbia), and man how I missed Tersiguel's. The six... course dinner was such a memorable experience, and I got to try dishes I've never had before. Along with the courses I chose thewine pairing for each, which elevated the flavors even more. Out of all the dishes last night, the Skate was most memorable asit was the most unique. It was poached and had a butter sauce with curry/capers. So delicious and I'll never forget it! If yourlooking to be adventurous, the six course weekly changing menu is worth it!
