I was greeted and seated immediately by Mark. Our server came promptly, but my dish was dirty. She quickly replaced it, and... took my order. She was attentive and accurate. I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere. My alcoholic drink was in a tall sodacup, not those short whiskey glasses, score again! Other customers were even friendly, saying hi! However, all of their foodoptions are either beef or chicken, except the fish dinner, and our rolls and butter were too sweet. It would be awesome if theyadded some hot bicuits to their menu. The bathroom was clean and stocked too. If patrons sit at the bar, then they do not needto be seated. However, all of the booths, even in the bar area, require seating by the staff. I normally don?t write long reviews, but this trash deserves an explanation. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could! On... July 2, i placed a carry out order and 4 out of 5 entrees were messed up!!!! The steak fajita i ordered had 3 hunks ofUNDERCOOKED beef (it was raw and inedible in spots). The fish and chips had one TINY piece of fish, barely enough for a child.The steak was supposed to be medium and it was VERY rare (again, some parts were inedible). And the burger was supposed to havemayo, which they also forgot (not as big of a deal, but along with the other egregious errors, it was just too much!)? We paidover $120 for this garbage! I immediately called the location and the manager told me to email pictures of the food, and thatthey would issue a refund. He also said they would ?take care of us the next time we come in?. In all honesty, I had NOintentions of actually going TO the restaurant because everything about this order was jacked up!! Nevertheless, I followedthose instructions and sent the email IMMEDIATELY?. I heard nothing from them, so I sent a follow up email a week later, and Ihave called twice since then. I spoke to the manager AGAIN each time and he assured me that the refund would be coming, but ?ithas to be approved by the regional manager?. WHAT!? This place is a mess. I tried several times to give them a chance to make itright, and they have FAILED MISERABLY! I am just giving up on seeing my money. Nice place to enjoy a good meal. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was also good. I hope they maintain it that way.... Unfortunately they do not have a Theme/brand Logo. I wish everyone wears a same uniform so customers knows they are workingthere. Read more

First time trying the All American Steakhouse in Ellicott City and it didn't disappoint. Our food was cooked to our liking and... service was fast, friendly and courteous....Thank you Haley! (our server). The only complaints we had were the Sweet Tea tastedmore like Sweet Water and the gravy was too salty. We still give our experience 5 stars and will return again! Read more

Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Fish and chips had some of the best fried fish we've had locally. The slaw was good, creamy... mayo based. The Greek Chicken salad was good. I've been to this new location 3 times already and each time has been perfect! The service is super fast for both drinks and... courses. The steak was delivered to me perfectly medium, which was what I ordered. The best most amazing thing is that HappyHour goes until 8:00 PM!! The Caeser Salad is very good as well and hot rolls hit the spot. Lots of TV'S all around but thevery large screens in the bar seem to be a little outdated technology...but still very viewable! Amazingly massive steak and theater restaurant is beautifully appointed and warmly inviting. The friendliest staff available... catering to your needs, I enjoyed the ease of order and payment at the table, technology, yes ! This is one of the favorite family places that we go to in white marsh. However Ellicott City does not have an arcade or prize... machines. Don't know yet but I'm assuming no Peppa pig or paw patrol characters either because I just don't think it has thespace. So if you like it for the food only, you'll be good.
