John Harvard's has definitely gone downhill since opening. Food isn't great, mediocre at best. Decor hasn't changed. Tables are... bare, service ok. What happened to the menu? What happened to the great bread and oil dipping plates every table received?Service and atmosphere was cold and uninviting. Not at all like it used to be. Had a horrible lunch experience. Place our order either waitress. We received our drinks. Waited 50 minutes for food that... never came. Meanwhile the restaurant continued to fill up. Waitress never approached us again. We got up and left. Read more

Food was excellent. The restaurant is very small not a ton of tables, reservation is best. They had at least 4 or 5 servers... working but did not spread the tables out evenly so our server had 3 large tables while the rest had 1 or 2 each of smalltables. Service took longer because of this. It was not our severs fault. Still everything was good and would go again. Read more

Went for a late dinner, after dinner rush. They had to clean a table for us. Food was excellent! Gluten free wood fired pizza... with lemon and artichoke and a delicious Cobb salad. Totally recommend! Read more

A burger and fries for over $20 and it was no better than Carl's Jr. Literally would of had same quality food from a fast food... joint. If you are staying at the resort, and are not locked down to getting food there, go somewhere else. It will be cheaperand you could go to subway and have a better meal. Read more

Delicious food, great views of the slopes, and fun mini hot chocolates to start. They were out of a few of the beers we wanted... (sounds like they need a new menu print, or to white some out, so customers don't waste time ordering/ aren't disappointed), butthe friendly service and meals did not disappoint. Read more
