This is my 1st time ever having a bad review of CF and it wasn't even the food....we were traveling and stopped here to use the... restrooms and grab a bite to eat. 1st of all for this being a busy site there were only 2 restrooms in each bathroommen/women's. Women's was packed so there was a line outside the bathroom door. There was also only 1 sink in the restrooms. Theproblem came in the men's restroom. There was 1 area with a urinal and 1 stall......omfg in the stall there was feceseverywhere...the toilet, the walls the floor I mean everywhere. I dont know what happened but the restrooms cleans/checks needto be stepped up. I lost my appetite...didn't know if it was a customer or staff with a stomach issue but I wasn't about to eat1 single thing there. Read more
Usually a great experience. Tonight I ordered 3 grilled chicken nugget meals with fruit cups. Received on nugget cup. Missing a... kids 5 pc and a 12 pc. Paid over 33dollars. Not the best service tonight. Read more
This Chick Fil A is ridiculous. Every single time we come to this particular one they always mess up our orders. And we do... mobile orders plus the sticker on the bag is right but what they give you is wrong. Order 2 unsweet teas, they give you 1 sweettea and 1 unsweet (this has happened at least 3 times). 2 of the bacon, egg and cheese English muffins fried. You get 1 grilledas 1 fried. No utensils to eat a hash down bowl. And the most recent order same thing with the teas again plus order a 2 piecechicken strip and they only gave us 1 strip. I paid $3.25 for 1 chicken strip. Honestly, we?d go back to get it fixed but theirparking lot is so awful that if you park you cannot get back out and have to wait in the drive thru line to leave again. ThisCFA is closer to us than the one in Riverstone but I will be driving to Riverstone now after so many mess us. Read more
I was amazed on how fast I got my order. They also kept the take out line moving. The salad was very good it had fruit in it.... Apples, blueberries and strawberries. Read more
It was very good. Got the deluxe chicken sandwich without the cheese. We usually get it without the tomatoes and Lettuce. ... It was hot and tasty. The workers were very friendly. Had never been to this one before. Read more
The truth is that I do not understand why they do a bad job, it is not the first time, but that is the sign of the bad service... that this restaurant gives But it is necessary to show that the coffee was not creamed and they did not give me any cream, theservice is terrible, they will never be compared to the service of other Chick fil A stores .
