We stopped by on Sunday to get 2 pizzas. My wife.TRIED to pay with a $25 gift card. Apparently the 20 something snowflake had no... idea how to run a gift card. Tried to call a manager just now. All you get is the go around with robot answering system and thena busy signal. Sorry Domino's we won't be back. Read more

I?m visiting Ellijay from out of town and decided we wanted to order in pizza. We called and ordered our pizzas and they gave us... an estimated time of 25-30 min. We get there to pick it up and tell them that we are picking up and one worker says to us veryrudely that they haven?t even put it in yet and it?s going to be at least another 30 minutes. I don?t recommend making bigorders to this dominos and the customer service is awful. Read more

Service from this location has really went downhill. We've kept giving them chance after chance, hoping something will change,... but..no more. In the midst of the pandemic, they delivered our pizza to a house down the street. I prepaid with card. Tip that Ididn't approve of. When we called to address the situation, we were hung up on multiple times. I kept calling and finally wasable to ask for a manager. She said she was the manager, and hung up again. Finally was able to speak to the real manager whoapologized, but that was all. Months later, after 10 minutes of waiting for them to answer the phone, we ordered again. Thedelivery driver was nice, but boneless wings were absolutely disgusting. Pizza had hardly any toppings and badlyundercooked. Last attempt, we waited 10 minutes waiting for any answer before I pulled out my phone and called Pizza King. Theyanswered immediately and had all of our food delivered in 30 minutes. I have given them 4 stars. Why? Actually I really enjoy calling them to order a large 3 topping pizza with extra sauce, hand... tossed. Then driving there to puck It up. Well for $8.50, I 3njpy it even more.???????????? Read more

We had bad experiences in the past. We had one tonight as well but Domino?s is under new management, Malachi, and he totally... redeemed them. First time ever that someone there has cared! Will definitely give another chance! Read more

So...I ordered a total of 4 pizzas and the lava cakes...I also ordered 2 dipping sauces...for delivery...the driver seemed... really nice...I get inside and I do not have my dipping sauces (which I paid for) and my pizza was also burnt ???????? so Icalled and the person who answered just said "domino's" to which I said hello? Because that's not how I feel you should answerthe phone at a business...maybe something like this should be said 'thank you for calling Domino's in ellijay how may I helpyou?' anyways I said I was missing 2 dipping cups and she replied with well...it'll be 1-2 HOURS before we can get it to you Isaid well my food will be cold by then she said well it'll be 1-2 HOURS ...at this point I'm annoyed...they were quick to chargeme for them but not quick to make sure I receive them...so I asked if she could refund them instead? She told me that's notpossible and they would give me to them for free next time... Next time? What makes you assume I'll come back? I'd rather go tolittle Caesars I only chose Domino's because they would deliver... I didn't even bother mentioning my burnt pizza...theywouldn't care anyways... Words of advice for this store: *Learn better customer service *If you do something wrong FIX IT it'snot the customers fault *Fix things in a TIMELY MANNER *Respect your customers enough to care...no one at this location wouldhave a job if it weren't for the customers who order there...
