My main course was the best Mexican food I've had in a long long time. We eat a lot of since my Husband is Gluten free. The... Enchiladas & Burritos were SO good. The salsa could use a little cilantro & I personally like it a little hotter but that is mypersonal taste. The Margaritas were decent & the price was good. The decor was very nicely done. Nothing had any flavor. The ingredients were not quality and the service was very slow at 3pm on a Monday so it wasn't too busy.... Not many people working there understood English very well. I love my Mexican shrimp cocktail but this one was so under-whelmingthat it made me want to go back to Arizona and get a good one. One of the servers looked so unhappy that my sweet elderly auntsaid "she needs a smile for her face". We did enjoy the courtyard with outdoor service except the fountain was so loud youcouldn't talk and there is a huge risk for people falling with the large amount of water splashing outside the fountain. This place is increasing and going downhill. They have raised prices more than needed and have also taken away a lot of the... goods that you get for that price. For almost $15.00 you only get roughly 1.5 to 2 oz of meat and the rest is bell peppers andonions. I nicely addressed this on more than one occasion and they tell me that is plenty to eat, which is not the point. Theycharge you for a whole bowl of guacamole,$7.50, and spread it so thin that they think you won't notice that they have given youonly have of what you paid for. I understand rising food prices, but I won't continue to pay increasing prices AND only get halfof the portion stated on their menu. You should ask them about the small ranch cups of about 2 tbsp of ranch for $1 each withthe wings. It takes about 5 cups to have enough for the wings that were ordered. Very disappointing. Food was good asked waitress for hit sauce never got it. My wife asked for half and half tea she brought coke. Service sucked... but food was good. Maybe waitress was having an off night. Probably try it again we shall see. Read more

First time eating here & overall, we were pretty disappointed. At the hostess stand we saw there was a bar & asked the hostess... if we could have dinner in it & she said yes. The bar area is quite large but had very few people in it. After waiting 10minutes for a worker standing at the cash register to at least acknowledge us, another patron shared that there was no bartenderon duty, just an occasional worker that wandered through taking orders. So we went back to the hostess stand & asked if therewas a bartender & she said no. When I asked why she didn't share that with us 10 minutes ago, all I got was a blank stare. So wewere taken into a large room & seated in a comfortable booth. Chips & salsa came quickly & our waitresses soon after. Margaritascame quickly & were pretty good. Our food order also came quickly & hot, but we both found our dishes almost completely lackingin taste as if there were no spices used at all. We both ate about half & decided we'd take the rest home & spice it upourselves. When we got home we decided to toss it all in the garbage as it wasn't worth the effort. Ratings: The place isreally big & really noisy with lots of out of control kids screaming with parents seemingly oblivious = 1 ?. Constantly ringingphone 5 feet from us = 1 ?. Hostess experience = 1 ?. Unattended bar = 1 ?. Waitress experience = 4 ????'s. Margaritas = 4????'s. Restaurant & bathroom cleanliness = 4 ????'s. The table service was very good, the noisy environment was horrible, thefood was marginal. There are other Mexican restaurants in the area with much better food & lots less noise. Read more

First time eating here. Food was served hot. Everything we had was delicious including our drinks. The restaurant was spotless... clean. Very friendly, polite staff. Smiles from everyone. Our new favorite go to place in Ellijay!!! Read more
