Food was ok. Service was very poor. Waitress didn?t even come back to see if we needed anything, ordered a entree didn?t even... ask what sides I wanted with it. Didn?t come back to refill drinks..had to give my drink to my son. Needs to learn how to be awaitress and wait on customers. Also the waitress who waited on us was acting Manager on duty. Short staffed but they did the best they could and it went pretty smoothly. I noticed the manager greeting people when she... could, cleaning tables , serving food and smiling the whole time. I wouldn't have been surprised if she was helping cook too! Read more

It took almost an hour to have someone come take our order. People who were sat after us had ordered and received their meals... before we were waited on. I understand being busy, but we were about to walk out when the waitress finally came by. I felt as ifthey sat us, and then completely forgot we existed. Read more
Highly disappointing, will not be returning anytime soon. We had to leave due to waiting over 50 minutes for our food. The wait... would have been justified had the restaurant been busy. Four families were seated after us. All families were served and wellinto their meals. We hadn't even received one check in from our server. She finally exited with another families food andcompletely disregarded attendance to our table. We were left speechless and had to leave due to our raft send off time. Nomanagement visible and the one server that I approached was terribly rude and inconsiderate of anything related to our issue athand. We understand that things happen but communication and explanation is crucial for resolve in an unexplainable neglect ofservice. Read more
I've been in a whole bunch of IHOPs! After stopping in here I can only say, they are not all created equally! I am always... looking for creative new menu items, and was happy to find the poblano rice plate it was simply delish! The fact that I couldhave it with a side of waffles with strawberry compote was extra! Our server was friendly and checked on us just enough! Theonly thing I'm sad about is, it was found on a road trip, which means I probably won't be back ever! I will recommend it though! Read more
I had a weird experience there. The restaurant was almost empty, but when we came in ,the host seemed flustered, unsure what to... do about the arrival of diners. He led us to a table, where we sat, as servers passed by ignoring us, and a stony-faced managerpaced around, not looking to the right or left. There seemed to be problems at the only two other occupied tables---a mom,sniffing her kid's milk apprehensively. Multiple people at the same table sending their food back. After about 45 minutes,hunger got the best of us, and we headed next door to Longhorns. Read more
