They needed 20 minnto " regroup" after a rush While we were unhappily sitting in the Taco Bell drive through, I noticed the... Krystal employees were just outside smoking. As a former smoker, I get the urge to go smoke. The Krystals in Marietta kind ofsuck though. We were very much looking forward to eating here. Nasty food and the people were rude, We ordered 3/pick 5. No onions on all the burgers. And no mustard or mayonnaise. What we... got was tons of onions and mayonnaise dripping off the soggy bun with mustard. One of my sons got a Sprite and it definitely wasout. When I asked the lady at the drive-thru to change it out for a root beer she was very rude to come out of my hand and usethe same cup to get the roof beer in. The tater tots we ordered taste like they were freezer burned. Worst place I've ever beenwith horrible customer service. People don't waste your money! Read more
Rudest service I have ever had in my life. I had to leave the line just to go to Taco Bell next-door just so I can have some... good service. Today was the first time in about a month and a half,last time was told 20 minute wait,ok no thank you and drove off. Came by... today lobby door is locked,I proceed to the drive thru with one single lady ahead of me. I pull up and no hello or anything justa "we are on a 20 minute wait" how is that? Also what if I just wanted a drink or something simple? I get people are shortstaffed and I work in the food/customer industry but obviously this place isn't going to get any better as you can see thesimilar reviews, just close up and be done with this Krystals already.
