Absolutely horrible! My husband just went through drive thru and ordered the 12 or more taco pack deal, drove all the way home... only to realize that the tacos were old, only filled 1/4 of the taco shell, at best and when I called to inform them of this,the male person that answered the phone, thanked me for my review, via phone, and hung up! We will drive 30 plus miles away toMurphy, NC to taco bell from now on, if we want Taco Bell! Where they actually know how to make their tacos and ask you if youwant extra toppings at no additional cost!! I would add pics of the food we received, but it does not allow me to! Read more
Absolutely ridiculous wait time. Never get any meat on the burrito or tacos. Wait time inside is less important to the workers... than the drive through. Rude young Latino always at the window too Read more
Dine in was closed off. No napkins, no trash bins. So don't be so cheap by not providing napkins for drive up customers and... provide tham a place to toss the trash when their eating in the parking lot. Read more

Usually the food is great. We got drive through. The food was terrible. Drunks had no ice. Burrito Supreme looked like a soft... shell taco. I got the cheesy Gordita crunch combo. Supposed to get tacos got some chicken roll up thing. Very disappointedtonight. Service was Terrible. The drive through person was rude also. Not impressed at all. Read more
I'm on a Keto diet and try to eat the best I can when traveling. So I ordered 3 taco supremes with no shell and just asked them... to put them all in a bowl. I could tell that was a strange request, but they did as I had asked. The workers were veryfriendly in spite of them being stressed with long lines due to a worker shortage. Read more
This location was very clean and comfortable the food was great. The bathrooms were very well kept. Bathrooms are my pet peeve.... The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back the next time I come through. Read more
