I saw a lady by the name of Madison. She was very pleasant. There was also a lady whose name tag said Amanda that looked to be... mad at the world. I?ve seen her there many times and have yet to see her smile! Madison has been my ?server? often and sopolite. This Amanda girl might need to switch jobs. Also get an exterminator. I give it one star because Google made me. This place is a joke! Most awful service ever! I placed a mobile order 30 minutes... ago. Still can?t get it because it says go inside for pick up but doors are locked and no answer on phone. It?s fraud to takesomeone?s money and not deliver a service! I was working all day out side a local bank, order mobile to Wendy's like always my sandwich was all wrong, was someone... else's special soggy Ckn sandwich Loaded with mayo and everything else they could add.... was super soggy and wet chicken wasdry. I threw it in the garbage then u went into my bag for the baked sour cream and chive potatoe... it was like a rock and sodark brown and over cooked. WAS OVERLOADED WIRH CHIVES...But no butter or Sour cream in bag and NO UTENSILS!!!!!!! MY LUNCHWENT STRAIGHT TO THE GARBAGE.... WHAT A WASTE IF MONEY ... THIS WAS THE WORST WENDYS I HAVE EVER BEEN... I have not been to Wendy's in a couple of years, went to the one in Ellijay georgia, the line was long through the drive-thru,... but we weighed the storm, made it to the window, got our food and was surprised at how hot and good the food was and willdefinitely go back to wendy's, and they're Frosty machine is never broken like McDonald's milkshake machine. Always can get afrosty, and they don't downsize your Frosty to some ridiculous small cup, it is the size that you order. Read more
