The service was friendly and quick. Food was delicious and fresh.

This Zaxby?s was gross. We came in around 4 pm. Fries were cold, probably from lunch time. Boneless wings were cold and I am... pretty sure tongue torch sauce isn?t sweet. It seemed to be mixed with another sauce that was sweet. The boneless wingscertainly were not fresh. Toast was cold. Oh yeah the cheese bites had been fried twice and were extra greasy. Anyone that eatsthese knows when they have been refried and it is not good. The one thing they got right was the tenders because they wereexcellent. I am not sure why these people thought it was okay to serve cold food as I bet if they made them some food it wouldhave been more fresh. Read more

We usually get salads and their usually pretty good. To night we tried the app and ordered ahead. The only thing that was right... was no cucumbers on the salad. We are very disappointed, the portion was miniscule, no toast, one pack of dressing, I orderedand paid for a Cobb salad and was given just a regular salad. What a shame we enjoyed getting a salad at least once a week. Notgoing back anytime soon. When I do and things are different I will change my rating. Read more

The portions are not great. I felt like I got a four piece chicken toes instead of fingers. They were also overdone and dried... out. Of course the zax sauce was good, one just wasn't enough to overcome the dry chicken. I was also saddened to see themushrooms are leaving. Read more

Not always the freshest food. Often times, the fries are old, dry and chewy, and chicken about the same. It's probably best to... go there only during their "busy" hours to be assured of not getting "kept warm" foods. Service isn't the best, but they'reyoung kids. Read more

We ordered on their app but still had to wait. When the order was brought out to our car, my wife checked the bag to make sure... the order was complete. The boneless wings had opened in the bag so she got wing sauce all over her hands and we decided theheck with it, we?d drive home and take our chances. We also had ordered two salads with extra dressing and of course when we gothome, no dressing at all for either salad. Not the end of the world and we know they are just kids, trying to do their best, butdam! Typical service for the times we live in I guess. Read more
