I ordered through the subway app... My account was charged. I went there to pick it up, the employees said "they had no record... of the order." The cashier tried to tell me that "it takes a few days for a transaction to go through. That was probably from afew days ago." Ummm ... Nooo! I just ordered it 20 minutes ago. It says today's date. After arguing for 15 minutes they finallymade me my food. I will never, ever use the Subway app again. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with this chick. I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. Very clean store with friendly staff. Soda machine isn't always stocked or working correctly but that's ok by us.
