I?ve stopped here a couple of times while traveling for work. There is a sign that they recommend masks be worn and I?ve only... ever seen one staff member with a mask on. Today I left the store without making a purchase after hearing 2 female employeessaying very inappropriate and rude sexual comments very loudly! Read more
I pulled up to the pump here and the street sign said the price was 1.45 for regular unleaded, on the pump it said regular... unleaded for 1.90. I didnt notice until after i pumped. I went into the store and they said i paid for premium but according tothe pump i didnt because like i said it said regular unleaded. The employees and manager wouldnt do anything to refund or evencredit me the difference. I will never give any caseys location money for anything they sell again. Expect to wait an hour if you order pizza from the Ellinwood store. We were told the pizza would be done in 30 minutes, go in 40... minutes later and they just put the pizza in the oven. THIS HAPPENED TO US TWICE! I will gladly drive the extra 10 minutes toGreat Bend and still get my pizza quicker than here. Read more
Clean, well lit modern convenience store
I was very disappointed in the service at this place. The young attendant who obviously saw me standing at the register ready to... check out thought it important to first finish her lengthy conversation with one of her coworkers before ringing me up. Thensitting down to eat lunch at a dirty table, I was forced to listen to loud and childish conversation by the employees. I rarelyleave one star reviews but this place was ridiculous. Read more
