0 stars. The owner Jay Patel is very arrogant and rudely curses you to his staff in front your face in his foreign language (not... English or French). Doesn't care about customer happiness. Very poor quality ingredients made wife vomit and when we asked for arefund bc we were so grossed out, his night staff were mute. We came in the next day for a refund and we refused but he offeredto make them again with huge bad attitude and then cross contaminated them so we just left them there. He just lost customer'sfor life and I will be warning all of my family, friends and acquaintances to boycott this Subway. Read more
Go here at least once a week. We live right close so we usually order online and go for a walk to pick it up. Always delicious... and fresh. Good service to! Read more

I understand they were busy ? but they wouldn?t even grill my boyfriends sub because it?s ? too time consuming? meanwhile nobody... else had a problem. It takes 20 seconds to grill a sub. They were in such a rush they couldnt take an extra 12 seconds to grill my sub when it wasnt even in the bag yet.

To be honest and unbiased, Subway is not my first choice for a quick meal. I Don't even visit a Subway outside of Elliot Lake.... As such, the Elliot Lake location is clean and well maintained. The owners are quite friendly and work alongside the employees.I am always impressed by the level of sanitation I witness here. It is a very busy location and loyal customers should speakvolumes about an establishment. I am a big fan of open counter food preparation. This is a factor in my 4 star rating. As Istated, Subway is not my go to place for a meal and would have received 5 stars if it were. Read more
