So this location was a first for me regarding Subway. We pulled up to it, it turns out it's a drive-thru with a touch screen... ordering system. In a way it is kind of innovative, but I would have really appreciated it if it gave us the option to have mayoalong with the other advertised condiments. We got our food pretty fast...a little too fast. When we stopped to chow down, wenoticed there was something off about our food. It was like our meat was freezer-burnt and the bread was really tight and stale.I don't know how someone would provide old food like that, but I bought it and did not feel like going all the way back, so Istill ate it since it was edible. This was an experience that I will remember and that is the first and last time I will ever goto this location for Subway. Read more

The new store has a drive up where you touch the screen to order... no directions on how to use it. There's no button to build... your own sub your way. Also, since when don't you serve breakfast? The touch screen has no option to even order breakfast if youdo have it still. Very unhappy with the touch screen drive up. Would rather speak to a.person to confirm the order at least.C'mon guys bad choice. I watched 7 cars drive away after I ordered because they couldn't figure it out. Read more

If you have a phone and a number answer it. Ive been trying to contact this Subway for weeks and nobody will answer the phone.... I'm glad it was not anything that can jeopardize their establishment if I took it to corporate. Read more

Amazing customer service. I made an order over the app, and it was wrong on both sandwiches. I told the kind man what was wrong... and he took the receipt and made everything perfectly. He also compensated with a free bag of chips and cookies. The nicestfolks and best customer service I?ve seen in fast food! Read more

This is the friendliest and cleanest subway I have ever seen.. I use this subway regularly almost everyday . Every time I walk... in they greet me and usually have my sub going.. the manager Jessica and her employees does a amazing job keeping the storeclean and smiling faces all the time.. there always somebody wiping down and cleaning the lobby .... I would have to say this isthe BEST SUBWAY EVER!!!!! They deserve subway of the year???????????? Read more
