Had the worst experience tonight that I think we have ever had. Went to drive thru and placed my order with ease and paid for... the order. Get to the window and everything turned south from there. I was met by an a window attendant , Julia, thatapparently wanted to be confrontational and Ill. The bag was shoved into my window with her saying ?here!? I kept my cool andjust waited for the rest of the order. She then proceeded to hand me a Large ice water, and after taking it, I mentioned I had 4Large ice waters. Then she turned her head and loudly and sharply asked ?Can we give out 4 Large waters for just one item?? Isaid that she didn?t have to be so rude. I politely ask for the manager, she looked at Ellie and said ?She wants to talk toyou.? Ellie was the manager, and she came over there and I was telling her about about my order. She was nonchalant about thewhole ordeal, like she was enjoying the ?show?, and told me I?ll talk to her about later, like she didn?t care about the wayJulia was handling the situation and the way she talks to customers while Julia was over to the side kinda smirking looking atme. As she was going to leave, I asked her if she could have Julia leave till my order was done? Julia blurted out ?I?m notgonna leave, this is where I work!? It was like she meant that she was gonna stay there. It was like Julia was running thingslike she was the manager. I couldn?t believe after all that was said, nothing was said to Julia. I calmly replied ?I had a bagof ice also.? She replied ?I know!? Sharply. Then proceeded to start staring at me. I was sitting there with her just staringat me and I?m thinking do I need to keep watching her so nothing will happen, then just yells at me ? You need to stop staringat me? Someone from the back asked her to go get something from the back, so she left. Thinking I had some relief from Julia,she returned. Chic fil a used to be known for friendly faces, well manners and genuine care but I guess things have changed. I placed a mobile... order and picked up through the drive thru. Was missing items from my order and had call several times before getting through toanyone. Still ended up having to go inside myself to get them and found the workers all just goofing off. It took a while forsomeone to answer the com over the drive thru initially and was half greeted at the window. Did not feel welcome at thislocation and at the very least, I do expect to receive what I order, including utensils to eat it with. Read more
Surprised that our food was subpar. Food was just warm barely and cooled quickly. Our order was incorrect. All of our straws... were all broken, which made it difficult to drink our frosted lemonades. I didn't expect this at Chick-fil-A because I oftenreceive superb service. Read more
I used to go to this Chic FIL a all the time for their excellent food, but now I refuse because you can't even go in to sit down... with friends. I don't understand why this location refuses to let their guests in to enjoy eating with friends and family. Iwill take my money elsewhere to enjoy eating out with friends and family. Read more
What is the deal with this Chick-fil-A now? Are we simply NEVER going to be allowed to dine-in here anymore?? Is used to be a... clean, friendly place to go grab a quick tasty sandwich with my sons and sit and talk some ... sort of a little island ofcommunity interaction that all the boys and I could agree on to hang out for a little bit together. I've written to "Tony" whois the owner/operator/GM but have never gotten a reply as to why his building is not open for customers to congregate togetherover over-priced chicken. For the record, I think MANY of the national branches of Chick-fil-A are pretty dang good - This oneis heading DOWNHILL FAST!! As a restaurant that is rapidly improving, the food was exceptionally well cooked and prepared. The service was friendly and... optimistic. Few other restaurants have as clean and lovely facility as Chick-fil-A. Read more
Chicken cobb salad was delicious. Staff was on point and even though they had a full line i waited as if there was only a few... cars ahead of me. Great experience especially with such a high demand. Read more
