I?ve been up and down Manchester many times since moving to MO but I?ve never seen Clancy?s because it?s set back and really... can?t be seen from the street. Then when you do see it, the place looks like a boutique fancy restaurant from the outside. Onceinside you immediately know you?re in a super cool Irish bar with tons of personality. HUGE patio with its own bar too. One ofthe first things you notice are the hundreds and hundreds of dollar bills hanging from the ceiling. Great Irish whiskeyselection among all the other types of spirits. There is a full menu with all the standard bar standards plus some Irishspecialties. The best part are the people that hang out there. Great mix of very friendly males and females. Everyone made mefeel more than welcome. I had the best time and will definitely be coming back soon. I went to Clancys for a veterans fundraiser on a hot day. When it was time to cool off I walked in amazed at how I really felt I... was in a true Irish pub. Only thing missing were the Irish accents. The longest Long Islands in West County and possibly the world... the burgers were great too. Great service and laid back fun... atmosphere. Just moved into this area will definitely be back. Update... we try to get here at least 2 times a week. The foodis amazing! Trust me I have done a tour of the whole burger menu and each one is fire. If you haven't checked this place outyou should. Clancy?s is a favorite among my whole family since my mother was a little girl. Clancy?s will always hold a special place in the... heart of the O?Reilly family. The warm, familiar atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel like you are part of the ClancyClan from the moment you sit down. I?ve tried almost everything on the menu at this point and I?ve never been disappointed. Someof our absolute favorites would be the Irish chips app, the Ruben, the fried bologna sandwich, and the wings! Everything has a?homemade? feel to it in the best possible way. My husband and I live in St. Charles and we gladly drive the 40 minutes to getthere when we have the time for a date night. Clancy's is one of the most Atmosphere Est friendly places to eat or to just sit back, have a drink or appetizer and relax. They... are known for their traditional St. Patrick's Day Party's every year. The entire Clancy family have their own way ofcelebrating St. Patrick's Day. Each time I go there it seems like St. Patrick's day because of their caring and generoushospitality. I want to say "Thank You all for always going the extra mile to make each visit as memorable and even moreenjoyable than the prior visits." You've got to try their Western Burger. OMG, is that thing good! Two burgers, bacon, barbeque sauce, and a big heap of thin... breaded onion rings. You've got to squash it down just to be able to get a bite. I paid the little extra to get the sweetpotato fries with it, and I was in food heaven. The best thing was that it was all cooked to perfection. The lady next to megot their chef's salad. It was huge, and looked very good. I'm going to try that the next time I'm there.
