This one is tough. I love Culver?s! Good food. But at Ellisville location, folks if you drive through, please make sure you have... everything you ordered. Culver?s, please make sure drive through folks have everything they ordered. 1. A week ago my order hadmissing items. I was charged but missing items. Didn?t realize until I was home. 2. All of the employees at this location are fabulous. The food is always hot and delicious! I just got a knock at my door and it... was Dan....the owner of Culver's; he was delivering my son's wallet to me. We had no idea where Gavin had left hiswallet.....but Dan brought it to us! Busy, but not crowded. This place is new and has places to eat inside and outside on a nice day. The dining room was clean and... the workers were pleasant and friendly. The menu has hamburgers and fries, of course, but they have a few other things mostburger places don't. I had a grilled Reuben sandwich. It was pretty good, and a nice change from my usual hamburger. What a great addition to Ellisville. Culver's is amazing.... great fresh food . Awesome dinner option had fish dinner and the... pot roast ... both were exceptional kids had butter burgers. While the staff, well the guy that took our order anyway, was very nice, the food was not. The Cod was hands down the greasiest... fish that I have ever had in my entire life. It was served on a pool of grease and even the fish itself was so greasy that itliterally fell apart in my hand. The sides were the only good part of the meal. The cost was over $34 for two 2 piece fish mealswith 2 soda's. We could have eaten at our local Mexican restaurant and got two marguerita's for $28 plus tip. Never again! Read more
My experience with Culvers has always been a great ???? one!! From being greeted to the service, which is why I come, food to... of course!! I get quality food & customer service! Culvers isn't cheap, but u can bet on a clean, family friendly environment &good eats! If you get bad service from Culvers, it's probably ur karma; even when busy the service is great!! I make time todine in & my grandbaby know it's "Culvers time"! As customers we have higher expectations of Culvers vs other fast foodchains. As customers u still have to: Check ur food order...don't leave bad reviews cuz u didn't do this, ur fault! The bestpart about this location is they employ students and I like tht!!! ????
