Just went in to pick up a dozen donuts. Oh young lady, helping me actually pick the donuts up off of the tray and put them in... the box with her bare hands. Even pre-Covid. That is a very unsanitary thing to do. Management needs to get these folks sometraining ASAP. Read more
Ordered online for pick up. Doors were locked and was told to go thru the drive up. I was in a time crunch for pick up and... couldn?t wait in the line ( why I did pick up to begin with ) . When I called and asked for a refund I was told that since itwas thru app I would have to contact DD. Several emails later and still nothing. Many times my order has been wrong and nowthis. I placed an order through the app so that it would be ready when I arrived. I got there, and was informed that they were out of... two of the four items I ordered.
