Just went in to pick up a dozen donuts. Oh young lady, helping me actually pick the donuts up off of the tray and put them in... the box with her bare hands. Even pre-Covid. That is a very unsanitary thing to do. Management needs to get these folks sometraining ASAP. Read more
Ordered online for pick up. Doors were locked and was told to go thru the drive up. I was in a time crunch for pick up and... couldn?t wait in the line ( why I did pick up to begin with ) . When I called and asked for a refund I was told that since itwas thru app I would have to contact DD. Several emails later and still nothing. Many times my order has been wrong and nowthis. I placed an order through the app so that it would be ready when I arrived. I got there, and was informed that they were out of... two of the four items I ordered. Decided to get a coffee and sandwich this morning before work. When I arrived there were at least 5 cars in front of me. By the... time we made it to the window we learned that Tiffany was the only staff member in the building. I cannot believe the incompetence of the people in this store. I ordered a delivery order from this store and asked for a large... hot coffee. They sent a large iced coffee. They also left out an item in the order. It is stunning to me that any fast foodlocation can mistake a hot coffee for an iced coffee and think that that's acceptable. It's bad enough they don't bake theiritems on site and it's not unusual to get old or even stale donuts there, but not understanding the difference between icedcoffee and hot coffee is beyond the pale and absolutely unacceptable in any way, shape, or form. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Don?t waste your time!! Might as well go to Starbucks. All... of the employees here move at snail speed. No matter how many people are waiting. Each time I?ve come I?ve had to wait 15 to 20minutes for one iced coffee. Read more
