Since Einstein's closed their location near to our home, we don't often get a chance to stop at one. Yesterday, I happen to be... driving past one of their system locations, so I stopped to get a dozen bagels. Unlike other bagel shops, Einstein's still givesyou a baker's dozen ie 13 bagels at a good price. Even better, they have a large selection of different types of bagels, whichreally allows a well mixed dozen. Even better, instead of running the bagels through a slicing machine which invariably createsa bagel with one thin slice and one thick slice, the woman who took our order cheerfully sliced the bagels by hand which allowsthem to put toast much more evenly. They were very busy, but we didn?t have to wait long for our dine in order. Many breakfast bagels, sandwiches and egg meals. Lox... bagel, garden bagel were our favorites. Kids enjoyed blueberry bagel and cinnamon swirl. No inside seating but plenty of spaceoutside. Read more
I?d give zero stars if it would let me. I was in the store for 36 minutes before I got my food and left. A SINGULAR BAGEL. No... cooked food. No drinks. Not a large order. One. Bagel. They have absolutely zero concept of time management with orders. Peoplewho work in restaurants know you can send out super easy/quick orders while more complicated ones cook. I could have gone toihop, ordered, waited, eaten, and been out in less than the 36 minutes it took me to get a single bagel. One of the mostridiculous experiences of my life. Today was my first day back since the Pandemic. As I stood to the right of the counter, as it was previously. I was met with... perceived annoyance by the employee who addressed me. As I apologized my misunderstanding it was downhill from there. Said ladyimpatiently asked for the order, after asking for a bagel she proceeded to wrap up the order as I tried to give the items (allof them) still needed. When it came to paying, she walked away. The payment screen went blank - I waited. She returned to schoolme on blank screens as I showed hesitance on paying. It seemed her day was off from the moment I opened the door. Towards eachcustomer after. I wished her well and hoped her day got better. She was not receptive. Looked to have hated life. People. Beingat work. Wow. Just wow. VERY POOR SERVICE. I visited this business on July 15 at 9:15am. The person at the register was obviously new and overwhelmed. I... waited about six minutes before a second register was opened. I ordered a total of 6 bagels including 2 cinnamon raisin. IWAITED 15 MINUTES and was THEN told "we're out of cinnamon raisin." After choosing a poor substitute I asked to speaker to amanager. The woman who responded was not wearing a name tag. When I told her why I was upset, she replied "The person taking theorders doesn't know when we're out of something. There's no way she could unless we had a person watching for that all thetime." Do I need to explain further? Read more
They have great food, but it takes forever to actually get the food. Every time I go I have to wait 45 minutes. I have tried... going earlier and later but they are simply always busy. But I recommend the Tasty turkey or their pizza bagel. It might besimple but it is amazing. ???? Read more
This was a very sad experience. I love einstein's and will plan trips around going to one since they are not around my hometown.... There are no tables to sit at while your order is being made, the store ran out of my preferred bagel 2 days in a row (whengetting there at 9am), the line and wait to get the food is very slow, and the workers need an extra training on customerservice. Overall this was the worst einsteins I've been to thus far. Read more
