55 min for a delivery within a one mile radius. Also the size of the wraps are smaller than any other Jimmy John's location.... Half the ingredients were left out. Save yourself the time and visit another location. Read more
Very fast drive through and *usually* high quality sandwiches, but the delivery radius is just way too small. I live about a... mile and a half away from this location, yet my house is somehow too far for them to deliver to, which doesn?t really make thatmuch sense to me. Read more
I placed an online order during rush hour--fine. I get it. HOWEVER this JJ's is less than 1 mile from where I ordered and it... took 50 MINUTES for my sandwich to be delivered. After about 40 minutes (I gave them the benefit of the doubt) I called andasked about my sandwich. They said "she's right across the street." Fine. Ten minutes later she shows up with my sandwich. Nexttime I wanted JJ's, I drove there myself and went through the drive through. I ordered my sandwich and chips and when I got tothe window I discovered that the girl who took my order didn't hear me ask for chips. Or she forgot. I don't know. So I get tothe window and inform the guy handing me my sandwich that I definitely asked for chips. He just gave them to me, and I took themsince I felt I should be compensated for my 50 minute delivery the last time I bought there. This trip--getting there, ordering,and back--took 10 MINUTES. Sure it wasn't rush hour, but still. Ten minutes. I dread buying a sandwich from here again becauseI don't trust that A) I'll actually get it and B) that it will be right. Read more
I only gave 1star because of their delivery radius. Per GPS I live 1.4 miles from the store. They deliver to Pierside Lane, but... won't drive another .4 miles to Old State Rd and deliver to the Oaks at Ridge Meadows subdivision. I managed to talk to amanager once who knew exactly where we are and agreed to deliver... that was the one and only time. Read more
Freaky fast service for sure and good subs. Awesome bread and they are very generous with all the fillings. Tasty... yummy. Friendly service. Ordering is fast too just say the number off the menu and your are done. Recommend it. Read more
