I was soooo excited for a kaldi?s near me and ended up disappointed. The menu screen is pretty limited so unless you?re super... familiar with their menu you?re caught off guard on what they have to offer. I got a strawberry smoothie and it tasted like pureorange juice. For almost $8, I wanted something that at least tasted like strawberry, banana, agave? Everything that wassupposed to be in it?. Like someone else mentioned, they hand you the credit card reader at the window which is bothinconvenient and unsanitary. Really wanted to love this location, but after going 5-6 times, it's just too expensive. Lattes cost more here than other... Kaldi's locations and definitely more than other local coffee options. Also when you pay with a card, the default screen promptsyou to tip 25%... I don't really want to tip $2 when my latte already costs $7.25, (and 2 of the several times I've been mydrink wasn't made properly-- no vanilla in my vanilla latte). Had a regular coffee which was good. Not sure if it's worth two to three times as much as other options though. Paying with a... credit card at the drive through was pretty difficult. You can't just hand them a card. They hold the machine and you do therest. Pretty tricky. At the end it let's you decide how much to tip before signing. Since I did most of the work I felt like Ideserved a tip! Read more
Delicious coffee, zero comfort. Looking to buy a cup of coffee and get some work done on your laptop? This is not the place.... There is literally zero indoor seating. Great concept on paper, not the best execution. More like Kaldi?s Express than actualKaldi?s. Love the coffee and this company but disappointing with no indoor seating. The good people at Kaldi's brought ceramic mugs to this location, after a short Instagram discussion. Now, we can enjoy a... proper double shot of espresso after our bicycle ride. And it truly was yummy, well-prepared and well-extracted. Thank you! Read more
I am so excited to have a drive-thru coffee option in the area. The drinks have been high quality every time I have gone... through. However, I hope to see the food quality increase to match that of the other Kaldi?s locations. Looking forward toseeing how the location improves as the staff continues their training. Read more
