This particular location is by far the least reliable and poorest performing Lions Choice. This location messes up our order... nearly every time we come. Forgetting sandwiches, over cooking everything, ridiculously long wait times, stoned employees, youname it. I?ve had it. We will not be back. Read more

Not sure if this is a Covid casualty, but the quality of this restaurant has gone way downhill. I?m probably not the only person... who thinks this as the drive-through was completely empty at 7pm on a Wednesday night. The fries were rock hard and inedible?I?m guessing they were sitting around for a long time because lack of business. The ham and cheese sandwich was wet for somereason so I didn?t touch that either. I hope they improve things as it?s a great location, but they sure didn?t meet standardstonight. Read more

Usually I have no problems going here however tonight was a mess. The drive through line took 30+ minutes to get through. and... they forgot items from our order. It was really disappointing we were missing items (sandwiches!!!) as the wait took forever.the kids in the drive thru had no idea what they were doing, and clearly weren?t paying attention to peoples orders. I choose lion's over Arby's because Arby's is bad except for their curly fries and I guess Arby's chicken strips are aight but... still this place is good and I could just eat a whole bottle of their horseradish sauce in one sitting. (So good!) 5 stars. Read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED TO BE ANYWHERE ANY TIME SOON. I used to LOVE this restaurant. You could always find great food,... fast. Post pandemic, everything has changed. They are massively understaffed and it has taken at least 20-30 minutes from startto finish to place your order and get your food. Plus, once you get the food, the quality has gone down hill dramatically. Breadis stale, beef is cold and chewy, and portions sizes have greatly decreased. I know restaurants have been hit hard by COVID, butthere have been many restaurants who have figured out how to still provide great food and service. The corporate offices and themanagement team really need to step up their game. I don?t plan on going back until I hear from a lot of people that it?s apositive experience again. So sad! Read more

Well go there for lunch made the order very easy for them a side salad with ranch and a toasted cheese. First I get charged for... the ranch then to see the salads are not even made today followed by a wait for a what was supposed to be a toasted cheese wasluke warm bread cheese not even melted. I ended up getting my money back but still just wow made the order very easy cause Iknew I wasn't going to be right. Read more

June 2022 1:30 pm. The restaurant was extremely poorly managed with very slow service when waiting for food. Overall, the... restaurant was dirty and unkept. If there was a manager present, he/she obviously wasn?t running things very well. The foodprep area was filthy with food and trash on the floor and trash cans full. Employees were giggling and joking around moving atthe speed of a snail and not taking care of orders. The drink and sauce area were wet and dirty with sauce all over the counterand trash on the floor. The bathroom was also unkept with trash needing to be emptied and picked up as well as water all overthe sink and countertop. Extremely mid-managed restaurant! This restaurant definitely needs to be cleaned up and managed 100%better than it is! Read more

Ever since I was a boy I had this vision. A vision of a glorious mountain with a beautiful landscape. Atop this mountain lays a... sandwich. Up until today, I had no idea what it meant. For no particular reason I decided to stop by this local restaurant andpick up a roast beef meal with a Dr. Pepper. The woman that took my order was exceptionally nice and patient with me, and theyoung man that handled my money had a wide and bright smile that made me feel valued as a customer. The crew at this locationhad my order out ridiculously fast and I headed back home. My whole life had been leading up to this moment. I unwrapped thebeautifully wrapped roast beef sandwich and took a bite. Upon doing so, all my questions have been answered. The sandwich thatsat atop the mountain was this very sandwich. Not only were the fries absolutely crazy good, but this sandwich was somethingelse. It was a sandwich fit for a king. My mouth-watering from it's savory goodness and delightful seasoning, that is exactlyhow I felt: like a king. Read more
