Google keeps asking me "How was Popeyes" and I am a bit at a loss. Someone with me was hungry so we went to the drive through... just after lunch time. There were 5 cars in there. I waited 16 minutes. Granted the food was great. But I spent time I did nothave in a drive through. Granted the owner has a note on the drive through window that he "will make it right" if you callhim. I appreciate that. But maybe next time I will walk in so I can walk out if it takes too long. The service is always nice and pleasant, usually expect a bit of a wait, but the food is WILDLY inconsistent. Best time to go... seems to be during lunch when the food is typically fresh and cooked right. If you go during the evening or dinnertime, thechicken will probably either be overcooked or have been sitting so long it's inedible. Read more

This location was filthy inside and the young lady working was painfully slow. The 12 piece meal we ordered tasted like old... burnt grease. The chicken was not eatable. The floor was super greasy & windows were gross. They were out of sweet tea &unsweetened tea. Out of almost every single soda. This place needs a huge overhaul. Read more

As someone who worked many years in fast food (Panera, Lion's Choice, Dairy Queen) I assume it isn't the workers' fault, but... this was the slowest drive-through experience (about 50 minutes) I've ever had. I think there was only 1 or 2 workers back thereand I almost feel bad for making a simple on-line order. They clearly need serious help from corporate or somebody because I sawa dozen cars drive away without ordering. I would have done the same but had already paid. Read more

Do not order a chicken sandwich here! Yesterday's visit started with a long wait at the drive thru speaker. We ordered 4... chicken sandwiches and what we received was chicken strips on a bun with way too much mayo. Our fries were room temperature. Inever expect fast food to be "amazing" but I at least want it to be edible. This location use to serve good food - the declinestarted in early 2022. If you are wanting a Popeye's chicken sandwich - go to another Popeye's location! Read more

We went through the drive through. The menu screen didn?t work as stated in a review over a month ago. We ordered a chicken... sandwich, one side, and one biscuit. We got to the window and they didn?t know what our order was. We told them again. Once wereceived our food and pulled off we realized it wasn?t actually ours. We received a six piece meal with two sides. No sauces orutensils. We tried to go in to get it corrected but the doors were locked. We didn?t want to sit in the drive through avian sowe took what we had. Nothing was fresh, not the sides nor the chicken. We didn?t receive any or the sauces we asked for orutensils to eat the sides. With the amount of poor reviews this location gets you would think ownership would do something aboutit. This was my second time coming here, the first time was sub par as well. This will also be my last. Establishments like thisone could learn a thing or two from places like chick fil a and Culver?s about quality of food and customer service. Read more
