Terribly disorganized. I?ve never had such a bad experience at any Smoothie King. Go to the one on Manchester or in Chesterfield... instead. There?s a bunch of teens working here that don?t seem to care. We waited 30 minutes for 3 smoothies, so I had time toobserve their work flow?. With 6 people working and not many customers waiting, this is a crazy amount of time. The drive-thrutakes priority over the other customers, they seemingly don?t do enough prep in the morning, and make too many mistakes. We gotone smoothie (called the wrong name though), and they forgot to make our other 2. When multiple customers that came in after usstarted getting theirs, we asked, and they seemed to have no clue what we were even waiting on. Then they handed me one that wasjust sitting next to the drive-thru window & melted, then finally decided to make our last one. I didn?t even bother asking fora remake of the melted one at that point. Read more

AVOID this location and GO TO THE ONE ON Manchester! The past 3 times I?ve been to this location the kids have been... unprofessional and unwelcoming. This fourth experience is my last here. I was at the drive through and sat there for a fewminutes before anyone said anything. When the girl did come on she was laughing hysterically. I could barely make out ?I?ll bewith you.....? i then sat there for another 3 minutes. Nothing. I said ?hello?? And the girl came on the mic laughing loudly butdidn?t say anything. I finally just drove up to the window. The girl said sorry my mic isn?t working. I ordered. As I waswaiting she put her headset on and spoke loud and clear to the car that had just pulled up (I could hear it through the speakerbehind me). I was at the other location on Manchester yesterday and every time I?ve been there employees have been very nice andthe exchange has always been pleasant. Read more

I order from this smoothie king frequently and have been satisfied with the service almost everyday until today when I ordered... online. I ordered and my smoothie was supposed to be ready at 1:00 and I am just now receiving it at 1:30 with 6 people behindthe counter. There were two male employees who were behind the counter laughing and joking around when there was around 6-7people waiting on their order. People order online so they can just pickup our smoothies and go but I was the last person to getmy order with people in store ordering right in front of me. Read more

We absolutely love this location! The employee are professional, courteous, and super helpful when trying to decide upon a... choice, and do I sometimes take forever trying to figure out exactly what I want. The smoothies are delicious, and filling. Theonly complaint I have is that I wish the prices were a little less expensive, but nothing in this world today is perfect. Read more

Usually I do not write a negative review but today was an example of extremely poor management or ownership. At 1 pm on a Friday... (busiest day) ran out of bananas after waiting in a very long line. How does that happen at Smoothie King?!!! I do not blame theyoung employees but leadership for not putting up a sign or going across the street to the grocery store when you saw that youwere running low. Bad planning for $5 Friday. I had not been to a Smoothie King in a very long time but really enjoyed my Chocolate Gladiator smoothie today! Prices were... lower than I anticipated, I felt "full' all afternoon as I would after a typical lunch, and this particular location wasfriendly and efficient. Read more
