Bad time went through drive through placed an order only 1 thing which I got 3 of had a modifier no sour cream simple right... apparently not told them no sour cream got my order opened the bag looked at said food and boom sour cream. Ok maybe a simplemistake went back through and politely let them know the situation they say pull up we will fix it ok cool get the new ones boomguess what sour cream and half cooked now..... like really seriously I've tried calling several times no manager to be found orthey don't even bother to answer. Honestly mad like you can't believe shame the actual good one caught fire because theyactually made the food right. So yea hopefully someone will reach out because I don't have time to be lead on a merry chase offind the manager. I mean seriously most night these guys always have "issues" with the card reader and only accept cash. Uh huh Read more

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. I am someone that does not complain unless absolutely necessary when it... comes to food. I was lied to in the drive thru, told that they had computer issues and could only take cash? FOR THE THIRD TIMEI HAVE EVER EVEN BEEN AT THIS LOCATION. (In this area, there is not a lot of late night fast food) Literally, went home, anddecided to go back with a family member and see if they would say the same thing. They said they weren?t able to print ordersfor anything besides door dash. After I proceeded to ask what POS system they use.. all the sudden they were able to make myorder. I have worked in bars and restaurants my entire life and whoever owns this location? it?s time to clean house becauseyour stuff is high on all kinds of stuff and they are robbing you blind. It was a late night after a baseball game and I wanted something quick and easy. Taco Bell drive-thru was the only thing open in... the area other than McNasty. It was ok. There's nothing fantastic there, just a lot of ok food. It was made correctly and hot.The workers were good. Read more

No one would take customers orders. They had 2 kiosk stations for ordering, but one was out of order. The men's restroom was... disgusting. (The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days and there were dead roaches on the restroom floor. ) Read more

Nasty! Place smelled like a cross between a musty basement and a 3rd world petting zoo. When I walked there was a rubber glove... just laying on the foyer mat. Floor was sticky and messy. I stood there for 5 minutes while your highly motivated staff hid outof view and avoided being seen while listening to music until I left. Zero cars in the drive thru. If you own this franchiselocation...manage it or close it. Yes we are aware there is a lack of people with a work ethic these days, still not thecustomers problem. Read more

One star is being generous. Went at 10pm on a weekend to be told that they were closed (Their hours posted were until... midnight). We saw employees sitting around, texting on their phones who were being paid to do nothing. Read more

Payed for an online order and the kid did bot see it show up. I showed proof that it was ordered, payed for, and even sent to... the correct location... all he said was he could not help me and that I could just order again. A man that had ordered andwaited for his food heard what was going on and asked if a manager could approve the order to help me out. The you g manstarted being so disrespectful to the guy and said he wasn't going to help and the manager was busy. Finally another employeecame over and asked what was going on. Apparently my oder had been sent in and was ready the entire time.... could haveavoided the 15 min wait and the rude employee. Read more

Hours listed until midnight on google and on the app but they always close before 9pm. They still accept online orders even when... they're closed and it's a pain to get a refund. I hate complaining but this has happened multiple times over the span of months.If staffing is the issue I get it but limit your hours and convey what they are to your customers. A lot less work for you, alot less work for me. Read more
