I tried to order their new steak burger (the one with the A1 sauce) in the drive through and when the worker tried to double... check if I wanted the double cheeseburger or the 2/3 thick burger. When I repeated I wanted the steak burger the worker snappedthat that's what she said.... except it's not even the same sandwich as what I was ordering....so I told her it wasn't what Isaid and to drop the attitude. We went back and forth and I told her that if she meant the Steak burger when she said 2/3 Iwould have had no idea since it didn't say that name on the menu board. She kept on so I asked to speak to the manager (whoapparently was listening but couldn't be bothered to step in when the employee was clearly being rude). Finally after someswearing was thrown around by myself I asked to talk to the manager. Wouldn't you know it, she completely disregarded theattitude, claiming the worker was just "double checking the order" (never mind the snapping "that's what I said" about the WRONGburger) I'm not the type of person that's just going to start arguing with or swearing at a fast food worker, but are youf****** kidding me? We left without getting food and from the sounds of the other reviews, that was probably a blessing indisguise. It probably would have gotten spit on anyways, since the worker obviously had the correct order and I was veryclearly wrong. Get your sh*t together and teach your employees good customer service please. There should be no excuse for beinginattentive to customers, or constantly getting the wrong order. Occasionally, yeah. This review goes to a girl named Julia at the Hardee's drive-thru. This morning I was having a pretty rough day and I decided to... take my dogs to Hardee's and get breakfast. As soon as I got to the menu board she was very kind and her customer service wasincredible. She even got my dog's little treats which was so very kind of her. And my dogs say thank you and I do too. I usually like Hardee's, but the experience at this one is subpar. Food was okay, but fries were cold. Mostly the issue is... service and accuracy. After taking our order and giving us the receipt the cashier forgot to give us our drinks and disappearedto the kitchen with a long line behind us. We had to ask someone else behind the counter for our drink cups. Also, in the fewminutes they forgot an order of fries for us as well as our drinks, and I'd noticed they forgot a previous customer's milkshakeand botched another one's order entirely. This is a truck stop Hardee's, I stopped because we were on our way home from a long trip and it was a Love's truck stop and... Loves does a pretty good job of being clean... this Hardee's was also clean. But... when it came to ordering, we ordered it...we got it and we ate it, we looked around the Loves that was attached, then my wife and I both got sick... emptied ourstomachs... we can only assume that it was the food we ordered. Had a chicken waffle sandwich. What a ripoff. Was between $5-6 for a palm sized sandwich that was room temperature. Don?t spend... your money on that. 2 star - Not great, lower value Read more
Typical fast food. Special orders upset them. Unpredictable lobby hours. Lack of control over expletives in the cooking... area. Again, it's the typical culture of fast foods. Quality was above the average of a McDonald's. Read more
