Took over 45 mins to get a chili cheese hotdog a medium pop corn chicken and a slushy
Poor paying job, operated by high school kids in a small town... Equals poor service/ poor experience. Some stall cards don't... work and stalls have cracked black screens. They were not open 4 minutes past there opening time. Only accepting cash at themoment I was there (which later found out this happens alot) and would only accept $20 bill or less. Also not sure if its normalfor only 2 high schoolers to be working in the building? Anyways a very bad experience. I left after exactly 30 minutes ofwaiting on my food and checking on my order twice with my 4 young kids in the back of my van. There was a sign on thereadvertisment billboard there that read "new management better service." This is simply not true. And keep in mind if you seethese signs there are simply problems that this store is trying to transition through. My genuine advice to you reading this,alot wiser decision to go across the street to genes heartland store to buy food for your family. Read more
I generally try to give business's the benefit of the doubt, but my experience today hasn't left me without any positivity to... this review. I took my little sister out to this sonic for her birthday for a slush and some food. But when I tried to order aslush the app told me this location's slushies are out of order. So I changed the order, but when I went to press the button tolet them know I was there for my order, they immediately told me they were no longer serving guests. I wasn't even able to askwhy as they had turned off the mic. I understand if machines are down, or there's issues inside, but the rude reply, then promptcutting me off was very unprofessional. The inability to get food, and the rude customer service has put me off to this sonicfor quite awhile. Read more
The place is hit or miss. I've been to many Sonics and this location definitely needs a visit from corporate. I'm not coming... back because weather the food is decent or you get your order or service in a timely manor is too unpredictable. I'm sure it isonly a mater if time before this place shuts down. The only reason they are still open is the location and highway traffic. Ifyou're passing through, don't expect the Sonic you're used to. Read more
We stopped here for lunch while doing our road trip. The food was good and came out very quickly. The lemonade tasted awful... though and the guy had a bit of a hard time understanding our orders that we were placing. In the end we got everything we askedfor. Similar to other sonics I've been to. Just stopped by this location on the way through town. There wasn't anyone in the parking lot. Our 1st impression was the locals... know... We'll to our pleasant surprise our food was fresh and hot!!! If I could go back, I'd shake Mr Britain's hand fortreating us right!!! Thanks for the hot meal!!! Read more
It took 5 minutes to even place our order after pressing the button, then another 15 for our order. The oreo blast my husband... ordered was 3/4 vanilla ice cream with nothing mixed into it and they gave us the wrong sides for my kids meals. But the realcherry on top of our bad visit was an employee chasing a rat along the sidewalk of the building and underneath our car, where itstayed until we drove off.
