I have been at this location several times recently for my job. Everytime someone is in complaining. The service they get back... is terrible. 1 gentleman ordered 4 sandwiches and never got them. Another lady tried calling for 2 hours and was told theproblem is her phone. She called in front of them and Subways phone never rang. I made an app order and the funds were taken outof my account. I showed my bank withdrawal, myconfirmation of the order email, gave the numbers and was told too bad, I couldstand and wait and pay again or not have sandwiches. I asked for a refund and was told the bank will do it automatically.. Iasked how and wasted it does it automatically and ignored after that. Read more

Nothing like a fresh sandwich... or a hot one on a chilly day.. but even though they asked me about all ingredients they managed... to make the wrong sandwich and had to re-do it. The employee looked at the other employee and said "your lucky day" .... maybethey SSI v it on purpose to get free food...idk...smh. Their smaller sliders are a great idea but they put so little meat on itI wanted to call it a Chicken Little sandwich. Wish they had a wider selection of chips. Read more
I went there a few months ago and was there 20 mins before they were supposed to close and the guy working refused to make a... sandwich for me because he had everything put away. I told him his sign said open. He said he was getting ready to turn the signoff before I walked in and was going to lock the doors. He was rude and acted like he didn't care. Just a huge amount of appreciation to the coach (or Mom) of one of the players on the Vikings tennis team for going way above &... beyond. I walked in to this Subway a few min behind the team & waited for them to order. A couple of the team members offered toallow me to go in front of them, but waited so they go could all go together. That alone was amazing. At the end. I noticed themom/coach pay for a couple orders. But I had no idea mine was included in that. What a surprise & thank you so much! Soooo didnot have to do that, but am grateful. Wish you & the team the best!!! :) Per the store. It was clean & the people behind thecounter were great. As closing time nears, it's always difficult to deal with a lot of people politely. But they handledeverything without an issue. They were friendly and fast here. I got a takeout sub (ordered on the app) and it was made to my requests and up fast. Parking... lot is a little small but I?m guessing the neighboring industrial business is ok with some Subway customers using part of theirlarge gravel lot? Read more
