Great coffee but the wait is long. Today the blond chubby white girl at the drive through window quickly grabs the tip jar and... brings it inside. Afterwards I told her ?I promise I?m not gonna still your tip money.? Looks at me dumbfounded. Jeez! Read more
This is a drivethru only small business with an impressive menu. The food was a pleasant surprise, especially the fluffy... buttermilk biscuit with cage free egg and real cheddar cheese! My travel companion had the fro-joe (a frozen coffee) the firsttime we visited and appreciated how balanced the beverage was, not too sweet. She also enjoyed her hot latte on our secondvisit. Was hoping to grab a quick coffee on the way into Acadia and we waited a half hour just to get lukewarm coffee. I usually prefer... to support small businesses over big chains but this place left me wishing I went to the Dunkin? Donuts down the street instead. Read more

I have never experienced nor been treated as poorly by a service location. The Barista took something we said in the wrong... manner it appears when paying the bill. A different barista handed us our drinks and food and told us to take the food and leaveand never come back again. Needless to say we threw out the coffee and food as we were unsure what may have been done to it. Weordered, paid, gave a 5 dollar tip and in turn told to leave and never come back. I would honestly never get coffee anywhere else it?s amazing, and the food and employees are incredible but you guys NEED to... improve the wait time, I have had to leave on multiple occasions after being in line 20+ minutes without making it up to order.And several times driven by and seen the line and decided to go elsewhere knowing how long of a wait it would be. Myself andothers would definitely give you a lot more business if this was improved. I have personally given up on dunkin and I?m suremore locals like myself feel the same way and are looking for a better drive through coffee shop experience. Just waited over 20 minutes in line, I ordered a 16 oz latte with A double shot And it basically tastes like I got a regular... coffee with cream in it. No foam, no double shot sort of taste. And having to pay $6 for that when I was expecting something alot better for the time I waited is just really disappointing to be honest. Basically I could have gone to the shell station upthe road gotten a coffee there that they offer and it would have been exactly the same thing. See the picture I attached andyou'll know that I'm telling the truth. The only positive thing about the experience was the blonde girl at the window was verynice and polite And apologetic about the weight. If you're gonna sell specialty coffees they should at least meet thestandards of what they actually are. Read more
