On 9/30/2022 I was going to get a meal and take a break. At 10:00 pm the lobby doors are locked up. I called The Restuarant and... he told me Drive through only. I told him my big rig truck could not fit through drive thru and hung up on me. I will not spendmy money at this location after this. #poorcustumer service, #nottruckdriverfriendly. Read more
Food was great as always but service was a little rude. They didn't have sugar out for coffee which adds to their problem since... they have to keep stopping to grab sugar packets and all this because someone has stolen some? Not sure there's a dollar savingsthere Read more
Went there yesterday . There is always a problem. Something is broken. There out of something. The employees are great, but the... mngt is failing. So yesterday I placed my order. I was told the drive up drink machine was broken. Did they have an alternative?No. Would they adjust the price of the meal? No. I would have to park, come into the lobby. I could get my cup and fill thedrink order in the lobby coke machine. Since I have 3 kids and the dog in the car. Couldn't an employee walk 5 feet around thecounter and get the drinks? NO. Drive through was little busy on Sunday morning, order pick up, service was good and food was ok
I honestly dont wanna give one star. I've gone through multiple times and i've never gotten a problem with getting a egg Mc... muffin deal with sausage added so I can get the deal for $3 well 5 after the sausages and the other day I went thru drive thruand was greeted rudely "what you want" and I explained what I wanted 2 egg Mc muffins add sausage and got told I can't do that.I pulled up to the widow and was greeted by a rude Asianish man told me that he wasn't going to give me what I wanted even withselling just two sausages on the side (which I know there's a button for it I used to work for McDonald's. Many fast food restaurants, McDonald's in the lead, have variable customer service. Attitudes, slow working, or a combination of... those can sour your experience. But this location was NOT like that! The staff were the kindest, friendliest people whogenuinely seemed to love being there, even as early in the morning at it was. And the experience was made all the better for it!The food was amazing and tasty, including having looks that almost seem like they stepped off the menu board, they looked thatgood! The dining area was astonishingly clean and really presentable, unlike many others we've visited. Every facet of thisstore should make it a leader in the McDonald's industry, since it seemed like the flagship store! Just cannot tell you any morethat this was brilliant and deserves to get tons of business! Kudos to the management staff for being cheery and supportive oftheir workers, especially the woman supervisor working the front this morning! Literally got 1 pickle on each 2 hamburgers that i have ordered and none in the other.. this is how its the last half a dozen... times we have gone... what kind of place is too cheap to put the eight amount of pickles on it. Read more
I called here at 10:50pm to ask what time they would be open till and the lady on the phone said drive thru is open till... midnight and lobby till 11pm. That encouraged me to drive all the way to ellsworth from brewer after hearing these hours becausenothing else was open. Just to get there at about 11:30pm and the drive-thru operator told us they are not accepting orders atthis time. Not impressed, highly disappointed. She should have just said we might close early if we aren't busy and saved methe trip. Read more
