Not really that bad for a chain because they allow you to choose your own favorite style of crust
I've gotten carryout 3 times here during summer 2022. They do have major staffing problems, as this place is run by 1 to 2... people every time I go in (including dine in), which makes some other reviews understandable. But, I've been SUPER happy withthe execution of my orders (they were perfect!) and the staff have been courteous and professional. I hope they figure out theirstaffing balance, but they get full praise from me. Read more

After reminiscing with friends about how Pizza Hut was in the past, I felt it was time to visit again. Unfortunately, the... Ellsworth location from the outside looks like it hasn't had an update since the 90s. Not sure of the dining area, since Iordered for take out. However, it was the food that I was most interested. While I was visiting, I overheard a customer havingdifficulties in placing an order with the Pizza Hut app. She asked if she could simply place it in person. But the special online was not being honored in person. So be aware, when using the Pizza Hut app. The food was as good as as I remember and thestaff was very friendly.
