if i could give no stars i would. i got a crunch wrap supreme. i opened it and it only had sour cream. i am absolutely... disgusted. also, the place on the inside was so dirty. i should have turned around the second i saw it. we waited 20 minutes forour food to be disgusting. the lady at the front desk was so rude and gave me looks, when i told her about this she replied witha laugh and said "awesome". the only good thing was the manage. i feel so bad for her. My friend Russ and I stopped and dined in. Russ was very doubtful about taco bell food in general. Well we ordered the new... double steak grilled cheese burrito. I usually like taco bell/kfc. I got a chicken tender box meal and it was less than stellar. Food quality is going downhill fast... and at a time when it matters. You want $17/hr earn it! Make the food fresh, we all wouldn't mind waiting in line if the foodwe got was worth it. Had to wait in line for leather strips.. dipping sauce required or you couldn't swallow it... so dry.
