if i could give no stars i would. i got a crunch wrap supreme. i opened it and it only had sour cream. i am absolutely... disgusted. also, the place on the inside was so dirty. i should have turned around the second i saw it. we waited 20 minutes forour food to be disgusting. the lady at the front desk was so rude and gave me looks, when i told her about this she replied witha laugh and said "awesome". the only good thing was the manage. i feel so bad for her. My friend Russ and I stopped and dined in. Russ was very doubtful about taco bell food in general. Well we ordered the new... double steak grilled cheese burrito. Rus looked at me as he unwraped the burrito and said simply wow! He took a few bites andthen said this is really good! I'm going to add this to my go to eat places! I usually like taco bell/kfc. I got a chicken tender box meal and it was less than stellar. Food quality is going downhill fast... and at a time when it matters. You want $17/hr earn it! Make the food fresh, we all wouldn't mind waiting in line if the foodwe got was worth it. Had to wait in line for leather strips.. dipping sauce required or you couldn't swallow it... so dry. This is the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to and probably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. First, it's not the... first time at this location with such incredibly bad service and food. I tried to give this location a chance, but it seems thefirst window is not connected to the second window. When I ordered my Mexican pizza, I didn't expect much, especially since itwas kind of late in the day. But when I paid and went to the next window to pick up, the guy there seemed real out of sorts anddisappeared for about 5 minutes. When he came back he explained they were "trying to find the ingredients for it." I asked whydidn't the order taker just tell me and I would have ordered something else. He didn't say anything and just disappeared again.He finally appeared again with this disgusting food item as seen in the pic. AVOID THIS TACO BELL! As some have said in otherreviews, it seems they're under the influence of something. This was my 3rd time there and every time I got that impression anda terrible experience every time. Don't go! I don't necessarily expect much else than a quick meal from Taco Bell, but this location can't even deliver that. My food was... opened in the bag, missing 5 out of 17 items including all 3 if the most expensive items. Quality was even below standards forTaco Bell. When I called to express my concern, I was countered with a careless attitude. I understand the serious shortagesaffecting staffing across the board, but instead of delivering garbage (and not even all of it) , try kitting folks know theymay need to wait. We as customers would rather wait then spend our time and money to receive such a careless and thoughtlesslyprepared meal. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Read more

This Taco Bell in Ellsworth is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Food was cold. Tortilla was hard and stale. Ordering on... the app is not available. Lobby was closed. I gave my burrito to the seagulls in the parking lot. Read more
