If you?re going to close early outside your normal hours, at least serve the people who are already in line. Several people both... in front of and behind us were turned away when we had already been waiting in line for 10 minutes. The staff provides courteous, progressional service, and I greatly appreciate that. However, the manager seems to be very rude... to his employees. Manager doesn't mean you need to be bossy, dude. All else was great. Amazing lemonade. Read more
I go here all the time. Usually they?re decent, but you could imagine my surprise when I opened these fries? of course I didn?t... realize there was an extra cup of oil until after it got all over my brand new truck seat. They are clearly understaffed. Maybe the owner should pay the workers a better wage. Their ability to take mobile orders has... been down for months. They are also frequently out of some ingredients or food items. The restaurant frequently looksdisorganized and dirty. This is what happens when you don?t pay people a decent wage and can?t find enough staff. Supposedlythe restaurant is getting a remodel next year. That would be great but what would be even better would be to pay your workersenough money to easily fill all your open positions. Read more
Stood at the register for 15 minutes while every single employee continuously walked past without being helped. Then finally... decided to leave and go simewhere else and got a dirty look from one of the employees. Please get better staff. Read more
