I would not recommend have gone here before and gotten raw chicken nuggets the customer service is terrible I work at two places... in the mall and asked for a mall employee discount and he had to make sure and walk to my work grumpy and make sure I workedthere and came back grumpy saying I do and mouthing off saying only a couple days huh and then getting mad when my friend hadsaid something they are all around terrible you pay 5 dollars and get 8 mediocre at best onion rings giving them one star isgenerous would give zero if I could. Tried this place out new. Was really impressed over all. The food was hot and fresh. Didn't feel like I waited long. The BBQ... sauce was not salty at all so they have their recipe down great. The staff was nice and polite. Didn't have a bad experience asfar as I'm concerned. Will be going there again. Read more
Took a very long time to get food. Ordered a sloopy Joe and a BBQ burger and both were so salty that we couldn't finish them.
I was the only customer and it took about a half hour to get a chicken sandwich and tots. The cashier couldn't care less about... being there. Didn't even look up from her phone when I approached the counter until I said something. Didn't greet me, just wentup and took my order. After about 15 min I went back to check on my food and she was snacking and looked like a deer inheadlights. Finally I went back after another 10 min and waited at the counter. The cook also runs Philly Ted's and said she hadto start the food over bc she had put it down and ran to the restroom expecting someone else to watch the food. The food was notgood and the 30 minute wait was ridiculous. Read more
