Cancled a 68 dollar door dash order at 9 pm there open till 11 no explanation just cancled horrible customer service thank pos

No card service had to go to ATM for 3 buck and I got sideways comments for using change out of my car.

The staff that I spoke over the phone with was extremely Rude. Didn't try to resolve any of my problems and hung up on me... twice. Called again and then ignored my calls. Then called from a different number and still refused my call. Im am aprofessional Chef. I would never allow that attitude or conduct of their actions ever occur. Very unprofessional and verydisappointing I will never be attending or giving one cent to that company any longer. Such a shame That a few people's badattitudes can totally ruin it. I will be telling everyone I know in the restaurant industry go in the restaurant industry andall of my friends exactly what occurred and never ever ever waste their time calling and or going there to eat. Absolutely banging! I am a manager from another local business that is up from them and one of their guys dropped of a menu. I... am talking with our vice president and we decided t get wings. Wings were mediocre at best. Customer service was great, no fault of the employees. Place is gross, atmosphere is like a serial... killers basement. Terrible conservative talk shows were blaring from the TV when I picked up my order. Why not sports orsomething less divisive? Ordered wings and 2 sandwiches-wings were boneless and were like rocks the meat on the one hoagie tasted bad didn?t even eat it... and there was barely anything on the Italian hoagie ?
