The food, as with all Culver's we've visited was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, this particular location has a problem with... delivering a full order to the car. My order was incomplete on 3 separate visits. Check inside your bag(s) before leaving sothat you receive all that you've paid for. They will quickly retrieve your missing item, but if it goes unnoticed a return tripis very inconvenient. Read more
This culvers is the worse. Two weeks in a row they gave my malts in new skinny cups for inflation in an oversized drink tray... then both times it spills becomes its useless. This culvers sucks. Thanks for ruining the seats in two cars by using drink traysfor the wrong size cups because you shrunk the malt cups and increased the prices. Nice job corporate. Read more
Not usually a huge fan of Culver's fries, but these were crispy and delicious! Butter burgers with cheese and chocolate shakes... were exceptional as always. Tip: if the drive-thru is backed up, there often isn't a wait inside. This shaved several minutesoff of the time between pulling into the parking lot and shoving the burger into my mouth. Took forever and not crazy busy. Food was cold (onion rings and pretzels). Tried this location twice. Over 20min wait in drive... thru. Least workers are friendly. Both times the wait and quality undesirable. Least chocolate malt was decent. Read more
Culvers is hands down the best fast food joint around. If you haven't been to Culvers, you are missing out. Standard are very... high for employees and service is ways great. We go at least 3 times per month. Read more
Honestly Culver's has it going on. Can't say enough about their chicken sandwich better than the other big players. And of... course their burgers are the best around. Always fully staffed and happy employees. It's our number 1 go to for "fast food"burgers, although it is more like a nice sitdown restaurant. Love the variety of the menu never disappoints. Read more
The employees need more training on knowing the menu and making sure the order is correct. For the second time in a 6 week... span, me and my wife encountered where the employee did not know the menu. In addition, our order was wrong. It's not areflection on the employees,it is a reflection on the training. The employees are nice enough, but need more training oncustomer service and knowing the menu. Read more
I hate to leave this poor review I've never had a bad meal at Culver's until today. I know that they are extremely busy every... Culver's I've gone to have huge lines and huge weights but I had to have a fish dinner I bit the bullet and stopped for a fishdinner. I waited a long time patiently and it arrived. But it was very disappointing the fries were not hot they were cool andthe fish one side of the bread he was really mushy there was just a gross mushy Factor going on with the fish. I was very bummedbut I ate as much as I could. I've never had a bad meal till today and I feel bad because it was very busy and everybody wasworking very hard. Better luck next time Read more
