The newer male worker (long dark hair. I think his name was Jessie which matches another recent review, that can?t be a... coincidence). He made my 15 year old daughter very uncomfortable when she went in to pick up our order. I quote ?I like howthose shorts look, they?d look even better shorter though?. And also asked where she works so he can ?visit? her. Consideringthere was another review regarding this employee a month ago and he still has a job, I think it?s safe to say the Elma Subwaysupports women being harassed. Minors at that. Disgusting. I?m sure the owners don?t care but they just lost a family of 6?sbusiness , and I would think everyone I tell this experience to. Do better. Read more
The Subway on Elma G kinda sucks. Especially the evening shift. The older lady and guy with goatee (I think) are the reason why... I haven?t been to this location in like a year. Rude, and just have a really bad customer service. Won?t make that mistakeagain. Read more

I love Subway I eat it a lot but I try to avoid this location due to every time I order a sandwich doesn't matter what it is I... make it to the other side of Elma and the bread is almost liquefied this is the only location I've ever had this issue with andit's every time I go however the store is always clean staff is good people Read more
Whoever your nightshift people are, they need to be re trained. We walked in and one staff was eating and the other was... cleaning. The girl eating asked if we were the online order, we said no. She stared at us for about 10 seconds before sayingshe could help us. She washed her hands incorrectly, and after putting on her gloves just stared at us until we realized she waswaiting for our order. When I asked for more sauce she rolled her eyes and kept putting more until I said stop but didn't tellme that was her plan. Friendly service, we came in right before closing. I got cold cut combo, my daughter got the black forest ham. Always fresh... ingredients. Great customer service, clean, and decent prices. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the tomatoeswere not fresh. And the types of breads we wanted were out for the next few weeks. They always have something for everyoneincluding food restrictions. Plenty of space for wheel chairs. Read more
