All 3 regular coffees just about empty and the one that wasn't the coffee was COLD the woman behind the counter was like I have... been here since 6 am after I said something about here doing her job she got all defensive when I told her she was I'm doing myjob then walked away can only hope she gets hit by a cow on the way home , if she was doing her job there would be coffee as shecontinued not to put any coffee out . I've been coming to this wawa for 15 year's was 5 star's now 1 star. They never get you order right, their one of the slowest ... I've experienced and today they didn't have pickles or sweet peppers. They need to change something Read more
If I could give this wawa less than 1 star I would. I have been unfortionatly going here for 5 years. And this location is the... absolute worst wawa I have ever encountered. The shelves are hardly ever stocked, the coffee is burnt IF they even have any.Coffee station is not kept up with. Always out of sugar, creamer, etc. Go to the deli to order food? Don't expect what you askedfor. I wish I was lying, but there have been times I had ordered an Italian hoagie and walked out with buttered bread or ameatball. And that's if they even have anything to order. They are always out of everything and no other wawa has this issue.This is a lazy staff issue. I can't believe the same manager has been here for so long because the management is the worst Ihave ever seen at a wawa establishment. You don't get what you order, can't hardly ever get a coffee, ask for cigarettes andrealize when you get to the car they just threw whatever kind in there. Also, if you order something from the menu, and theyonly have partial of what you asked for, they will just either not put it on there at all without telling you, or sub it outwith something completely different without your permission. Great store, filled with disgruntled employees & Led by no one. I have been in customer service for over ten years & never have... I seen grown up crying like adults because they are busy! " I'm leaving , going home, tired of this" The other employee wassuper happy that she was 15 minutes behind on making breakfast sandwiches & announced It was "gonna be another ten or 15 mins &if you don't like it you can go home" let's talk about the Lazer focus of the deli. There focus was so strong that they couldn'tmulti task multiple orders. 15-20 mins for a deli order due to the fact all 3 employees working the deli we're working on 1order. Solid leadership! The worst Wawa. This was my 3rd time there and they messed up a simple sandwich. I order chicken on a roll, cheddar cheese,... lettuce, roasted red pepper, sweet pepper, mayo, avocado, salt, pepper, oregano. That?s not that hard. They can?t get it right.One time they ran out of chicken, time before that they forgot the Mayo, avocado they put the wrong cheese. This time they neverput the roasted red pepper or Mayo on. Then they messed up and didn?t make my husbands shake at all, I asked them what happenthe person behind the counter said they will make it next, I was in a a hurry it should have been made there was no line at allat the time. Having restrooms for customers is an ethical and (in many cases) legal sanitation issue. I have been back by this place three... times in the past year, and they still conceal their restrooms from paying customers. The Wawa about 10 miles or so West,in/near Elmer, is much better, and they allow customers to use the restroom. The McDonald's down the way does too, but if I'mbuying gas, I'll buy it from a store/shop that takes better care of their customers. Read more
Dreaming of the day when Sheetz or Royal Farms frees us of the craptastic food, coffee, and service from WaWa. This was,... supposedly, scrambled eggs and chicken. Yellow styrofoam and tendons is more accurate.Go to to Dunkin, Corner Store, or Talk ofthe Town for coffee rather than brown water. The deal killer is that use BS Sriracha. This Wawa is missing critical pieces of two of the top two reasons to visit a Wawa: 1) you need gasoline and 2) you have to... pee. No fuel and no restrooms? No reason to stop. Read more
