Third time ordering food here, each time it is not ready at the time they said it would be. This time it wasn't ready, not even... started yet AND the guy working there decides to yell me, because "Terri" didn't come yet and he is so busy, he has no cashier,everyone is coming late. I guess it's all my fault. How dare I order food at a restaurant. To make it even better, the yelleris also yelling about a delivery that wasn't accurate "I don't understand what's wrong with these people, I ordered certainthings and they don't get it right, what's wrong with them". The irony escaped him completely. The food itself is usually goodbut the service is ridiculous, they are ALWAYS running behind, food is NEVER ready on time and they ALWAYS have an attitudeabout it. I placed an online order for a pan pizza. After placing the order, I got a notification saying my order would be ready in 15 to... 20 min. I arrived at the store 20 min later and provided my name to the young woman at the counter. Another young man came outfrom the back and asked what did I order, which I thought was unusual. The cook then shouted out from the back that my pizzawill take 20 min to bake, which seems like they didn't even cook my pizza until I got there. So, I had to sit and wait foralmost 40 minutes inside of the hot restaurant. The young girl came out with my pizza and just handed it to me without even athank you or apology for my long wait time. On top of that, the pizza wasn't all that good and I ended up throwing it away. Poorcustomer service and bad attitudes at this place. I will never order from here again. Read more
I ordered an Antipasta salad. There were no ingredients listed. The photo showed a beautiful salad with pepprocini peppers and... artichoke hearts - neither of which appeared on my salad. They honored that I requested no cheese, but did pack bread which Ialso stated that I did not want. Very disappointing for the price and a lesson learned. Read more
First time trying this spot...our corporate office recently moved in to the Elmhurst area and me and another co-worker wanted to... give it a try. I ordered the Jumbo sausage slice...basically a large piece of pizza cut into 3 or 4 smaller slices. Did not hitthe spot....Pizza was bland and dry, just complete lack of flavor. Maybe the other food is good, but Pizza was verydisappointing....maybe will give another shot with other menu items. Read more
Ordered from Dileoa a few times. Enjoying the Papa Ds pizza, i. e. Italian beef and giardiniera. This time I couldn?t continue,... there was a hair in the pie. I called and talked to Theresa, who assured me that it?s a bristle from an oven brush. It suredoesn?t look like one. I have texted her a picture of the ?hair?. I await an answer and picture of this brush. I hope that I amwrong so I can edit my review. We will see... Here?s the picture of the brush. I?m skeptical, but Theresa is refunding me thecost of the pizza. So I?ll add a start for service. Read more
Dileo's is amazing! The staff, the food, and the service is always great! In all the years of going here, the food is always... consistent. All of my parties are always catered from here. The food is always ready on time, and great. My grandma loved thisfood for her birthday, and we still continue the tradition in her honor. I can not tell you enough, how great this food is. Youmust try it for yourself. The Annemarie pizza is always a must have. The tossed salad, and garlic bread are my favorite. Myhusband loves the Italian beef. The mostacciolli is so good.
