We had a pretty good experience here, except for their steak, which had chewy and fatty parts. Some reviews mention the extra... $0.59 charge for credit card purchases was not shown anywhere. There are notices multiple places indicating the charge, so Idon?t know what they are talking about. The cash back you get from your credit card should cover that charge easily. I ordered a chicken burrito and ate 1/4 of it just to find out it also had pork in it! I can't eat pork, so now I'm sick! I even... asked the lady at the counter and the cook if it was correct and they told me it was chicken! They tried to say it only lookslike it because of the red sauce! THAT IS PORK! Read more

Got food poisoning from this place, the burrito tasted odd so i only took a couple of bites thinking it was just my mind, but no... , the vomiting started about 3 hours after eating it, ive never had this happen to me , first and last time . They gave me arefund without any problems, i just had to take it in, the guy was cool about it. Thats the only good thing about it i guess. Read more
Normally the food is really good. However, there was a leaf from outside in my rice and the food made me sick. Not to mention... the place smelled like roach spray when I went in to order. I tried to look over that ( I know dumb) but I did and that?s when Ifound the leaf. They went up on prices recently as well. In case it wasn?t obvious, I?m not going back. I visited El Famous Burrito for the first time and the chicken burrito I had was okay. I had some pretty killer burritos in my... life & these one just couldn't compare. It was dry on the upper half & wet on the bottom half. Once I got half way through itpretty much feel apart. I really enjoyed my sorrel juice. I don't know what they call it there. I could barely understand thelady talking my order but she was SUPER nice. I would go back just off the strength of her. Read more
Before going here, I read a review where a customer ordered a chicken burrito and got some OTHER meat. I hoped it was a fluke... but it wasn?t! DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN expecting chicken especially if you don?t eat beef or pork. They either don?t know thedifference in meats or don?t care. Either way, I won?t return. Read more
