This is my pick 2 from today's lunch. as you can see the half sandwich is almost empty - couldn't even tast the cheese and the... meat totals approximately 1 oz. There were 3 croutons for my soup. For $13.00 I expected a little more than a bread sandwich. Read more
Dirty. Has a mildew smell. The manager and staff are unfriendly. They have no Vegan options. They were out of Sour Dough bread... at 6:00pm. Said my family was able to eat without me. Sad news for Panera Bread. Read more
I work near this location. So I'm go into Panera a couple times a month. It's nice to see the smiling faces that I remember. And... the food is amazing. I usually order the chicken salad sandwich with tomatoes soup and an iced coffee. Not only is the foodamazing but the atmosphere is too. There is seating for dozens of people and a nice fire place in the corner where you can graba cup of coffee and read a book by. Read more

The manager Oscar is always friendly and goes out of his way for customers. I order from Panera a lot and he?s always polite and... professional. He also manages wonderful staff. The kiosks and Panera app are also user friendly and easy to order from. My onlyrequest to Panera corporate (I know it?s not location specific) is to bring back the sierra turkey sandwich. Read more

Went for lunch today with my husband and daughter, the line was moving quickly and the women who had taken our order was... absolutely wonderful! We sat and our food was out quickly despite how busy it was. Everything tasted wonderful. My daughterenjoyed her kids meal of mac and cheese, shes a very picky eater so I was surprised she finished almost the whole bowl! Me andhusband had a sandwich and soup and it was very good! Ordered some cookies and a cupcake on our way out with the same women whotook our first order she was such a joy! Read more
This is definitely my least favorite Panera. Every time I've ordered food, something has been forgotten or prepared incorrectly.... I generally go out of my way to go to another Panera if I plan to order food. Today I didn't have that option. The lines werelong at the kiosks and the register, so I ordered from the app for dine in. It only allowed "Contactless Dine In" and notdelivery to my seat. I stood near the pickup area, waiting for them to call my name. My name was on the board, and other orderswhere being filled ahead of mine. Eventually my name disappeared from the board (never went to ready) but there was no food inthe window that looked like what I ordered. Four minutes later, I received a text saying my order was ready...still no food thatlooked like mine. 5 more minutes passed then I decided to walk over and look at the orders in the window. One was mine, but itwas missing an item. I asked for it and it magically appeared immediately. When I mentioned that nobody called my name, I wastold "That's because you wanted contactless dine in. You got a text saying it was ready." If I truly wanted no contact, you justmade me have more contact than those who didn't order via the app! Unless your strapped for time, go to one of the otherPanera's in the area. Read more
