Horrible service. After 2 hours canceled my order for 1 pizza. Lied to by staff saying the driver was on his way twice.
Pretty much the only place I order from..the quality of the pizza is always consistent.. However that depends on location.. the... York rd elmhurst location never disappoints on quality..but delivery times are terrible.. so I just pick up now, definitelyworth a short drive across town.. Catered for work. The deep dish was great! Great balance of cheese and tomato sauce with a crispy butter crust! The salads were... fresh. The wings were flavorful but could have been crisper for my taste. Read more
Down in Illinois with my daughter for a Thanksgiving weekend trip just because....we plan on doing activities in Chicago BUT our... hotel is in Elmhurst. That being said, Rosati's Pizza is close to our hotel. I ordered a small pepperoni, for my daughter,online. I guess the prices reflect the town you are in because I've NEVER paid $16 for a small pizza in Ohio. Also they chargetax for food and charge if you pay with a card.???? My real gripe is that when I walked into the small entrance door....NO ONEacknowledged me. They were all in the back yapping away but I had to say 'Hola ' to get some type of response. Waited an hour and a half for a delivery turns out their driver delivered it to the wrong house! Now I spoke to the manager Ren... and he offered me half off from their mistake and said that it?s a third party delivery service and it?s not ?entirely? theirfault. So someone got our food for free and my family is just left hungry expecting food to be here. Ridiculous. Read more
