I felt invisible when I went inside to pick up my order. I was standing right in front of a worker and she didn?t even... acknowledge me. Not even a hello. The worker just placed my coffee in front of me without making any eye contact even though itwas clear that was for me. I was the only one in there. The inside of the store is closed only the drive-through is open?.. so if you have to get coffee on the inside or pick up some... supplies forget about it??it?s been like this for a while. Read more

I went through their drive thru on a normal day with my partner, and they surprisingly did not have a line so we were excited!... My partner orders two grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brews for us, and proceeds to move forward with the transaction. I then hear inthe background ?Did we run out of Pumpkin Cream??oh ok.? We get to the window and our cashier hands us two creamierunfamiliarized drinks. My partner looks confused, and the cashier asks if anything is wrong. My partner then says ?hmm?.myapologies, it looked off to me.? and then the cashier laughs it off and says ?It?s okay!? When he pulls away in his car I lookat the labeling and it states ?chocolate cream cold brew? confirming we were correct, and the order we received was wrong. Whenmy partner went inside to ask for the right ones we had ordered the workers never apologized for the mistake nor cared toacknowledge where the miscommunication was. All that was said was ?I?ll make you two pumpkins.??.so I?m not too sure why theygave me wrong drinks to begin with thinking they?d get away with it, and then when confronted the worker refused to apologize.My money is no better than anyone else's, but it looks like I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. Trying to get a refund Ordered online for store pick up. When I got there the store was closed but handing out pick up order at... the drive through Line was ridiculously long due to people picking up orders and others ordering. If the app would have saiddrive through pick up only I wouldn?t have ordered, but it didn?t. It gave the option to pick up at store. Who can I contact fora refund? Update: Was able to speak to someone at the store and they were very helpful. Read more

ask for a venti flat white and i got half of cup of foam I ask them can please make it Xtra hot so the foam goes away or fill it... properly and I still got back the same thing worst service at this location Read more

The location of route 83 and route 64 can be very tricky however this Starbucks got the drive through right get in and out... quickly. My drink is always 100% perfect. If I am in the area I do not have hesitate to go to this Starbucks! Read more

Each time I have stopped in, they have made the food or drink item exactly as I ordered. The drive through is always moving at... a good pace. Appreciate everyone who works hard to keep me caffeinated. Read more
