This place has been a staple for years. The membership is cheap if you want it and it's always the perfect stop for browsing,... curiosity buys and oddities. Always, always, support local. However this is never a poor option, as they'll have really anythingthat you could need, and if they don't their online shop is pretty great too. I shop here for gift reference books from their$5-$15 section and a few books on spirituality religion and occult texts, as depicted by my photos. I always end up spendingmore money than I mean to, whether it's buying more books than planned or a bookshelf to house them (sold separately). Evengetting a few tarot items or children's gifts can be made easy here. The employees have also been very attentive and excellentas well. Truthfully I've never had any real issues so it's hard to estimate how they'd be with any difficulty like with a returnor online pick up but generally every transaction has been frictionless and friendly. Barnes and noble is a really nice place, but there books are pretty expensive. Like my mom and I got this book called holes by... Louis Sacher, and we bought it for $10 but we looked after on Amazon and the book was like $3. Plus I have a peanut allergy, soI can't eat any of the baked goods at there Cafe. But overall the place is a nice place to get books, and they have a cutelittle kids section too. They usually have seating and this cute train set table in the kids area but since COVID, they can't have it out. Read more
