Everything was horrible an all staff including management should be fired an a whole new crew replacement, do not come to this... location an especially do not come with family or children it is not the right environment. Floors and tables filthy, bathroomsnot kept up , trash throughout the parking lot. The staff an manager as well are unprofessional an rude. Food was terrible afterI spent 80$ , burgers came out extremely sloppy and the staff refused to fix the order. Do not come to this establishment!!!This restaurant ruined my opinion of burger king. My online order was completely wrong. I called multiple times just to get an answering machine. Unless you go back there's no... way to talk to anyone. Even when you are there no one even acknowledges you. Don't waste your time or money. Read more
At the Elmira Burger King, on Grand view avenue. The service was horrible. Two ladies we're working the counter and paid... absolutely no attention to us. After about 5 or 6 minutes a lady came out of the back and said she'd take our order. She wasvery short with us. We finally got her order another 5 or 10 minute wait only to listen to the employees argue with each other.Out of the back came really viol language. The young lady at the drive through was very kind and courteous but the food was atrocious! I purchased the 2 for $10 meals for... my grandson and I. The Whopper and Chicken sandwiches were cold, the bread was so stale, part of it was hard and the other sidewas falling apart. The fries were a step above luke warm and the small cups of sauce tasted like they had not been rotated inseveral years. Needless to say, Burger King, you have lost this customer. Read more
