Extremely rude EVERY SINGLE TIME! And foods is always either burnt or not cooked. Never going back to any location around here,... and owner on all of them (some Bapa network, and DD doesn't care how they are represented). I would give zero stars if possible. Read more
For the past 2 years this has been my local dunkin, i was a very regular customer and they even have memorized my order. ... I went trough the drive through at 7:30 at night I placed an order for my drink I was getting 2 and they wouldn't listen to me I... wanted my drink a specific way and they just kept saying pull up when we got to the window we had to knock on it to get hisattention then he was rude to us and kept slamming the window... I ordered a large refresher and a medium ice coffee on Monday because it was free medium coffee with a purchase and then it was... over $8 so I asked why it was soo much because I was using the app the medium should have been free and then they tell me thatthe cold brews are not valid for that offer and they argued with me and my son said that they already ordered the coffee and Ipaid all but like .38 and they told me that I had to pay for it even though they messed up.
